Journalist and writer, he has worked in the audiovisual and music industry in Colombia for 25 years, as a filmmaker and screenwriter, promoter and curator. Since 2014 he has been the artistic programmer of Rock al Parque (the largest free festival in Latin America), which in 2019 registered a historic attendance (340,000 spectators)andin 2022, will have four days of programming (November 26 and 27, December 3 and 4). Working together with the film director José Luis Rugeles, he is the creator of “Rebelión”, the film about tropical music legend Joe Arroyo (opens in theaters in Colombia in November), and also made the documentaries “Rock al Parque 97” and “Símbolo Marciano” by Aterciopelados. In 2017 he received the award for Best Concert Promoter in Latin America at the Fest Awards in Spain, and in 2019 a recognition for his career as a cultural manager and his contribution to the culture of the Nation, working together with the Cultural Project of the Foreign Ministry as the Human Resources Director.
