STEP 1: SMART WRISTBAND

We use cashless technology in all the wristbands. You’ll be able to access the grounds and buy all you want with this system.

STEP 2: PICK UP YOUR WRISTBAND AND TOP IT UP 

You can pick up your wristband at the festival entrance.

Go to “TOP-UP YOUR WRISTBAND” in our website and register your wristband. Then, you’ll be able to top it up and receive the credit in it.

STEP 3: TOP-UP ON THE VENUE

You’ll also be able to top-up your wristband during the 3 days of the festival in the different stations throughout the venue, as well as on our website and app. We recommend you to be prepared, and do it before arriving to the festival, so you can skip any queues.

STEP 4: PAY WITH YOUR WRISTBAND

Using your wristband is fast and easy. You only need to hold it near the reader and you’re all set! You can buy all your food, drinks, merch… and anything else you want!

STEP 5: CASHLESS CREDIT REFUNDS

Don’t worry if you have any money left in your wristband, you can ask for reimbursement. We’ll let you know the process after the festival. Everything will be handled online, and it’ll be super easy!
